MAW Action Limited Privacy policy
MAW Action Limited regards customer privacy as an important part of our relationship with our customers. The following privacy policy applies to all MAW Action Limited users, and conforms to Internet privacy standards.
Collection Information
In order to use the Anne of Craicor website, we may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible.
All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regards to sales, support and accounts, including email.

Any details collected from Anne of Craicor customers is required in order to provide you with our products and/or services, and a high level of customer service.
Correspondence is recorded in order to provide service references, and to assist in our staff development.

When Credit card details are collected, we simply pass them on in order to be processed as required. We never permanently store complete credit card details.

MAW Action Limited Security Policy
MAW Action uses the Windcave payment gateways for its online credit card transactions. Windcave processes online credit card transactions for thousands of merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the Windcave ateways are secured payments.
Payments are fully automated with an immediate response
Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by MAW Action or any outside party
All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate
All transaction data is encrypted for storage within Windcave and pay pals bank-grade data centre, further protecting your credit card data.
Windcave are authorised third party processors for all the major Australian and New Zealand banks
Windcave at no time touches your funds; all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the merchant account held by MAW Action Limited trading as Anne of Craicor.
Delivery Policy
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Windcave containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via MAW Action within three working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer. Any items that cost over $150 will be delivered free. All other deliveries will be $10 within New Zealand.

Digital Delivery
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Windcave containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your software/licence/access code via Australia Post within five working days.

Refund & Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of a course, we will give you a full credit if you decide return the items within 14 days of receiving that you are unable to attend a course we will refund you 100% of the funds.
Please note Bras and Swimwear are not refunded so please ensure you have brought the correct size.
We have an online zoom fitting service as well as a physical fitting service in our Kerikeri store.
