• We aim to dispatch all orders the same or following day (as quickly as possible within this timeframe depending on garment location). (Monday to Friday only)
  • We cannot guarantee delivery times but these are normally 1-2 working days from dispatch.
  • We use the New Zealand Courier Post service.
  • Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number for your order (please check your junk).
  • We use couriers which have a traceable service. They require a signature.
  • If you have a rural address, a signature is not required for delivery. Please allow an extra day for delivery.

NZ Shipping is FREE on all orders over $150.00

We charge a delivery fee of $8.00 if your order is below $150.

The delivery fee covers packaging, shipping and insurance. 

If it is 4 working days since you received our email confirming the tracking number please contact us on +64 94017295 so we can trace it for you.


All items must be in original condition, unwashed, unworn, with original tags attached and returns form included. Otherwise they will not be accepted and posted back to you.

The garments need to be received back with us, within 14 days of receipt. 

The earlier the better.

If you are away on holiday or out of town when you order please remember the return period still applies.

You can either exchange the item, or we will issue a refund.

Original shipping cost will not be refunded.

Please note this returns policy is only relevant to items purchased online, not in store. In store you have the fantastic opportunity to try before you buy. We will exchange items or give you a credit.  No cash refunds given for in store purchases.

Your rights under this returns policy are additional to the Consumer Guarantee Act 1993
